Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging
- Not marked as final sale

For hygiene reasons, used beauty gadgets cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Start a Return
1. Email support@nevare with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method
4. Refund processed after we receive and inspect the item

Return Shipping Costs
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact support@nevare within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
